Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Renewable Energy Asset Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our asset management team, you will be responsible for developing contractual and commercial strategies for current and future asset management projects. Your focus will be on hydro, solar, and storage renewable energy assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop contractual and commercial strategies for asset management projects with various stakeholders to maximize sustainability and profitability.
  • Participate in negotiations on commercial issues and contracts related to asset management, preparing financial, gap, and risk analyses.
  • Author asset-management plans based on high-level financial analyses, site conditions, and forecasted external factors.
  • Prepare and present business cases on various projects to help prioritize initiatives related to optimizations and major CAPEX.
  • Advise on asset management during financing, acquisition, sales, or commissioning of new assets, collaborating with internal teams.
Requirements
  • University or college education in finance, law, or engineering, with a concentration in business administration or MBA.
  • Excellent understanding of technical and contractual aspects.
  • Experience with strategic negotiations in contracts and financial analysis skills.
  • Strong planning, organizing, multitasking, prioritizing, and executing skills to meet multiple deadlines.
