About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Reception Clerk at Best Pro Drywall Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing: Greet people and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas within our office.
  • Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Customer Service: Obtain and process information required to provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, record and relay information, and perform various clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including receiving and issuing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week in a dynamic office environment.
  • Language: The primary language spoken in the workplace is English.
