As a Store Manager at Trail Appliances, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in creating an exceptional customer experience. With a focus on delivering outstanding sales growth, you will be expected to set objectives and achieve them, while also leading, coaching, and motivating your team for success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business results
  • Manage branch sales, oversee KPIs, and ensure showroom inventory management
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members
  • Work with key stakeholders to execute corporate strategies and objectives
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key trade partners
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to deliver sales growth and set objectives
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and additional hours when required
  • 8+ years of successful retail sales experience in a management role
