Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Planning: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Accounting Oversight: Manage the accounting department and lead a team of two employees in processing financial transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Internal Controls: Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 2 years in a management position.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (QB) and financial reporting tools.
