About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC. As a key member of our Sales and Operations Execution (S&OP) team, you will be responsible for optimizing our fulfillment operations and managing the flow of goods, information, and services within our supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and optimize key network capacity metrics to ensure the smooth flow of goods or services through the supply chain network.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions to influence and facilitate agreements to achieve shared network capacity goals.
  • Analyze and synthesize data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiency in S&OP execution.
  • Create, develop, and drive solutions that lead to a richer end-to-end customer experience.
About the Team

Our team is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of our sales and operations plan, while continuously improving our logistics and inventory optimization processes. We are a collaborative and dynamic team that values innovation, customer obsession, and operational excellence.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • 2+ years of supply chain experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
