Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at RECRUITMENT PARTNERS INC. in Calgary. As a key member of our finance team, you will work closely with the VP Finance to provide financial analysis and reporting support.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform financial analysis and reporting for both Canadian and Netherland operations.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial tasks, including account reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Complete ad hoc analysis of financial results to support operations, accounting, and internal reporting.
- Identify and assist with process improvements.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- CPA, CA designation with 1-3 years post-designation experience.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience with upstream oil and gas.
- Experience working with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical, team-oriented, and highly collaborative.
