Your Role in Delivering Excellence

As the Luxury Spa Pool Attendant, you will be instrumental in creating unforgettable guest experiences. Your responsibility is to maintain a pristine environment, ensuring every aspect of our spa meets our high standards. This includes operating pools, saunas, steam rooms, pool decks, and outdoor areas with utmost care, providing a safe and comfortable space for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft exceptional first impressions on our grounds, pool decks, and public areas.
  • Maintain a spotless pool deck by organizing furniture, towels, robes, and debris.
  • Complete assigned washing schedules or daily checklists.
  • Monitor pool water chemistry by taking and testing samples, making adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards.
  • Regularly inspect the pool filtration system to ensure it's in good working condition.
  • Promptly address minor maintenance issues to prevent them from becoming major problems.
  • Report and log any maintenance issues beyond your skill level for prompt attention.
  • Clean and maintain outdoor walkways, pathways, and green spaces.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed to the highest standard, requiring minimal follow-up.

Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in spa or hotel maintenance, preferably with a Certified Pool Operators (CPO) license
  • WHMIS and First Aid certification, including CPR training
  • The ability to lift, move, and handle pool chemicals responsibly
  • Sound judgment regarding safety and guest experience
  • Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn
Working Conditions

This position may involve working long hours and weekends to meet business demands or deadlines. You'll work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with guests, employees, and stakeholders. The majority of your time will be spent outdoors, surrounded by the beautiful mountain scenery.
