Pool Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our Guest Activities Division as a Pool Attendant. In this role, you will play a key part in creating an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment.
As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting guests warmly and providing assistance with water, towels, and other items as requested.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the change rooms, pool deck area, and guest gym, including emptying towel bins and restocking towels.
- Ensuring the Aquatic center bathrooms are cleaned every 30 minutes.
- Squeeging the hot tub deck area every hour.
- Cleaning the water slides according to schedule.
- Emptying garbage and recycling at the end of every shift.
- Refilling water dispensers and restocking white hand towels in the gym fridge.
- Cleaning gym equipment with disinfectant and wiping down surfaces throughout the facility.
In addition to these duties, you will also be expected to follow all safety and sanitation policies, maintain locker rooms, and report any equipment deficiencies.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional guest service skills with attention to detail.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic personality with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Prior cleaning experience is an asset.
- 1st aid certification is an asset.
