Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead our team in Drayton Valley, AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including employee management, scheduling, efficiency, cost control, and revenue growth.

  • Manage Branch Operations: Oversee daily branch activities, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality service delivery, and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Develop Business Strategies: Create and implement new business strategies to improve processes, increase revenue, and enhance overall branch performance.
  • Lead High-Performing Team: Recruit, train, and develop a skilled team of professionals, fostering a positive work culture and promoting employee engagement.
  • Analyze Performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and industry trends, providing insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Ensure Financial Performance: Manage branch finances, maintaining budgetary control and optimizing financial results.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a management or senior supervisory role, preferably in the energy services industry.
  • Qualified Journeyman Electrician and/or Instrument Technician certification.
  • Possession of post-secondary education in business or a related field (an asset).
  • The ability to relocate to the Drayton Valley, AB area (required).
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations, business processes, and employee development.
  • A clear understanding of company policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Solid analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
  • Diplomacy and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage conflict and people effectively.
  • The ability to evaluate solutions from a business, financial, and client perspective.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
