Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at H.A. Verani Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food outlet or concession. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and service while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
