Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management.
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and standing for extended periods.
Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
