About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Sticks and Stones restaurant inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation and presentation
  • Ensure high-quality food standards are maintained at all times
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
  • Participate in staff training and development programs

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
