Job Summary

Canada Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Requisition and manage food and kitchen supplies to maintain high standards
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
