Senior Analog IC Design Engineer

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Mixed Signal Design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-speed analog circuits for our optical communications products.
Key Responsibilities- Design, architect, and layout ultra-deep sub-micron-based CMOS products for high-speed applications
- Lead efforts for large blocks on complex chips, mentor team members, and track deliverables
- Participate in peer review of complex IC designs and provide solid design methodology from conception to production
- Collaborate with packaging and hardware design teams to ensure signal and power integrity specifications are met
- BSEE degree with 12+ years of experience or equivalent
- Design, simulation, and measurement of high-speed ICs in areas such as high-speed serial links, voltage regulators, high-performance output drivers, and phase-locked loops
- Experience with FinFET technology and electrical transceiver applications
- Direct experience with backplane and cable communications
- Experience with characterization over PVT, electromigration analysis, and power and IR drop analysis
