Equipment Services Coordinator Job Summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Equipment Services Coordinator to support a large fast-food restaurant chain hybrid at their corporate home office in North Vancouver. As an Equipment Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of satisfaction through equipment estimates and procurement, expediting and problem-solving on equipment, décor, and signage orders for new and existing restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of customer service by providing knowledgeable, accurate, and timely information and direction on equipment, signage, and decor inquiries and problem resolution to internal and external partners.
  • Prepare and review estimates for new and existing restaurant projects.
  • Prepare and place purchase orders and expedite equipment, signage, and decor orders to effectively meet project deadlines for existing and new restaurants.
  • Ensure the timely resolution of deficiency, warranty, and service problems for new and existing restaurants.
  • Timely resolution of credits, claims, and invoicing issues related to each project or order.
  • Maintain key information lists and supplier information.
  • Assist the Equipment Services Manager in other related projects as required.

Requirements:

  • A customer service orientation with previous experience in customer service/hospitality.
  • Bilingual English / French conversational speaker.
  • Familiarity working with collaborative technology software tools such as the Google suite.
  • Organizational ability, adaptability, problem-solving, and administration skills.
  • A post-secondary degree in Commerce or Business Administration, or a related degree.
