Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Applications Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing enterprise applications, providing support to employees, and contributing to a positive corporate culture.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the completion of day-to-day responsibilities of the Enterprise Applications team to align with corporate strategic imperatives.
  2. Triage and route tickets to the Tier II support group, identifying issue sources and resolution methods.
  3. Manage the IT Service Management software, FreshService.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues in other teams and assist with small projects or cross-functional initiatives to support strategic imperatives.
  5. Contribute to a positive corporate culture that supports equity, inclusion, learning, and wellness.
  6. Uphold the integrity of the institution and comply with applicable legislation.
Requirements
  1. 2+ years of experience in information technology.
  2. Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (or international equivalent).
  3. Ability to demonstrate knowledge and/or experience in IT applications, infrastructure, and systems administration.
  4. Experience working in fast-paced settings considered an asset.
  5. Verbal and written communication skills; experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams).
