Job Description

Foiclon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer - CRM to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end CRM solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate technical systems specifications into working applications by developing detailed programming/User Interface Specifications/Screen Design Documents.
  • Create functional and technical design documentation for customization, extensions, and configurations.
  • Refine and clarify designs during software development and implementation.
  • Develop system use cases to align with the out-of-the-box ADX Portal and Dynamics CRM capabilities.
  • Configure and/or customize the portal and/or application by writing and/or generating code.
  • Code and unit test code, provide subject matter expertise in supporting System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions with the project team resources.
  • Conduct and support deployment of code changes with lower-level environments and production.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and hands-on engagement to conduct Root Cause Analysis of environment and application issues.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience as a Senior Software Developer - CRM.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM platform (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) and its features, including portal technologies such as ADX studio.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing end-to-end CRM solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM customization and configuration, including creating custom fields, workflows, process automation, and data integration.
  • Strong proficiency in developing custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM development tools.
  • Experience with data migration and transformation in Dynamics CRM.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles within the context of Dynamics CRM.
  • Knowledge of API integration methods to connect CRM systems with other applications.
  • Experience with programming languages and scripting for customizations and integrations.
Desirable Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant certification from CRM platform provider (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer).
