Food Service Operations Manager

Our ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work culture.
Job Description:
We're looking for a results-driven leader who can:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction;
- Supervise and train staff to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food preparation;
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, labor, and sales data to inform business decisions;
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally;
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams;
- A strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to deliver exceptional experiences;
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling;
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
