Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Corporate Recruitment Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our corporate office team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Research: Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for candidates.
- Bilingual Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Weekly Reporting: Provide regular recruitment metrics and analytics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual French and English
- Minimum of 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably with specialized positions within a medium to large organization
- Strong sourcing and research skills, with experience working with various recruiting tools and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
