- Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to support business objectives.
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the integrity of our systems.
- Resolve conflict situations and provide ongoing support to clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Project management to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure the team has the necessary skills and expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, or information technology.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Accurate, efficient, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral communication and team player skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Paid time off (volunteering or personal days).
- Permanent employment with Trinity Financial Services Inc.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
- English language of work.
