Job Title: Home Care Support Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Care Support Worker to join our team at Gaye Lefaivre. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment:

  • Non-smoking environment
  • Work in employer's/client's home
