Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team at Gaye Lefaivre. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and punctuality
Work Environment

As a Home Care Worker, you will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes and community facilities. You will be required to travel to different locations and work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
