Job Description

Gaye Lefaivre is seeking a skilled Home Care Support Worker to provide high-quality care to our clients in a home setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with elderly and disabled individuals, with a focus on administering personal care, managing medications, and providing emotional support.

Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed by a healthcare professional
  • Emotional Support: Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, as well as laundry and meal preparation
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience working with elderly and disabled individuals
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking work environment
