We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Athletic Trainer to join our team at Making Waves Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing athletic training services to our student-athletes, including injury prevention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Injury prevention and risk management.
- Assessment and treatment of athletic injuries.
- Development and implementation of athletic training programs.
- Communication with coaches, athletes, and parents.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field.
- 2+ years experience as an Athletic Trainer, preferably in a high school setting.
- Strong knowledge of various sports and their specific injury risks.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
