About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at ALL ROUTES LOGISTICS INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Scheduling and Assignment: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including establishing work schedules and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, reliability, and a team player.
