Job Title: Construction Site Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Site Cleaner to join our team at Simple Touch Building Maintenance Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment on construction sites. This includes sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners and emptying trash cans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and scrub floors to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
Requirements:
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Dependability, flexibility, and reliability
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work on construction sites, including apartment/condominium complexes, office buildings, and residential areas. The work environment will be physically demanding, with regular exposure to dust, dirt, and other hazards.
