Job Title: Construction Site Cleaner

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Construction Site Cleaner to join our team at Simple Touch Building Maintenance Ltd. As a Construction Site Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, and scrub floors and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures

Requirements:

  • First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Physically demanding role requiring heavy lifting and bending
  • Availability to work on the road
