Parkland Beach, Canada Simple Touch Building Maintenance Ltd Full time

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Site Cleaner to join our team at Simple Touch Building Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
Requirements:
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Flexibility and reliability
