- Staff Supervision and Training
- Supervise and train spa staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Operations and Maintenance
- Ensure the smooth operation of spa equipment and machinery.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of spa facilities, including cleanliness and organization.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized service recommendations.
- Inventory and Supplies
- Requisition and order spa supplies and equipment as needed.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, staff productivity, and revenue growth.
- Provide regular reports to management on spa performance and areas for improvement.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a spa or related industry
- Language
- English
- Work Hours
- 40 hours per week
