Spa Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at Mon Cherie Salon Spa Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling work, coordinating activities with other departments, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule work and manage the daily operations of the spa.
- Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English. The working hours will be 40 hours per week.
