Spa Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at Mon Cherie Salon Spa Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: Schedule work for spa staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of spa staff, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Training: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced spa environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a spa or related environment.
Working Conditions:
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
