Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Manager to join our team at Westland Immigration Visa. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in administration and a passion for supporting our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing documents.
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners.
  • Participate in government or community programs that support persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
  • Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
