Job Title: Administrative Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at DHALIWAL DAIRY. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operation

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language required
