Technical Account Manager

At Teksky LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business and technical requirements, and providing best practices and solutions to technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with our internal team and clients to understand business and technical requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients and become their trusted advisor.
- Provide technical support to clients to support pre-sales and post-sales processes.
- Work with key stakeholders and decision makers to stay abreast of product enhancements and best practices.
- Act as the voice of the customer to our Product Management team.
- Position, sell, and deliver new service offerings and solutions to clients to achieve targeted results.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle.
- Able to grasp clients' needs and suggest timely solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have experience in managing IT engagements with clients in the Financial Services/Capital Markets industry for at least five years.
- Track record of managing and growing accounts.
- 5+ years' experience in a technical sales or technical account management role in a SaaS environment.
- A high degree of curiosity that leads you to naturally ask probing questions, uncover customer needs, and find solutions to novel problems.
