About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at SOTI Inc. North America. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and managing SOTI's MobiControl Mobile Device Management Software Solutions for our enterprise-level clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise on the configuration of SOTI MobiControl Mobile Device Management software to meet project deliverables.
  • Undertake Discovery Calls with customers to gather requirements for Work Orders.
  • Complete Scope of Work documents detailing the works agreed with customers and recommending necessary SOTI products and services.
  • Carry out Work Orders, including Implementations, Migrations, and Upgrades to SOTI software.
  • Deliver remote and customer-site training courses on SOTI software.
  • Act as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for a small number of SOTI Enterprise Support Customers.
  • Provide feedback to the SOTI software development team to assist in product fixes and enhancements.
  • Assist Support and Pre-Sales teams with technical issues as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in advanced technical positions, including implementation specialist, technical support, and solutions architect roles.
  • Strong interest in mobility and solid understanding of leading and emerging mobile technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, problem-resolution, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and explain complex technical concepts to various audiences.
  • Spanish language abilities are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and balance competing requirements.
