Job Overview

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year (dependent on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming supply chain strategies into actionable plans, ensuring patient supply and creating value for patients.

About the Role

  • You will develop and maintain an understanding of Roche's global Operational Multi-Period Planning (OMP) solution, supply chain planning processes, and data structures.
  • You will drive analytical improvements in OMP to maximize solver usage through automation and optimization.
  • You will own, maintain, and optimize OMP data management rules, driving improvements and addressing issues.
  • You will provide support to the planning community, troubleshooting and resolving solver issues when planning results don't meet expectations.
  • You will conduct root cause analysis of OMP planning issues in collaboration with IT, Planners, and Master Data groups.
  • You will act as the business owner for the Solver and Data Rules towards IT, linking IT strategy with business strategies and addressing major technical issues.

About You

  • You have a degree in a technical field such as engineering, mathematics, computer science, or informatics.
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning and/or relevant education/certification is advantageous.
  • You have familiarity with supply chain planning systems, preferably OMP.
  • You have strong motivation to improve planning capabilities using the latest analytical features.
  • You bring a proven mindset for continuous improvement and willingness to engage in ongoing learning within a global organization.
  • You have experience with scripting languages (Python, R, OPAL, Javascript) and visualization tools (Tableau or similar).
