Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The P&G Coffee Group Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, as well as budget and cost estimates
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as quality control standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure is essential.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:30-44 hours per week.
