Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The P&G Coffee Group Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Team Management: Supervise and check assembly of trays, establish work schedules, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and dependability.
Our team works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is also required.
