Job Title: Security Guard

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, employees, and visitors. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to think on your feet and respond to emergency situations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol assigned areas on foot to ensure personal, building, and equipment security.
  • Watch for and report irregularities, such as security breaches, facility and safety hazards, and emergency situations.
  • Respond to emergency situations, such as fires, medical emergencies, and violent incidents.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
  • Maintain a professional composure in high-pressure situations.

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written).
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Level C Certification.
  • Proof of double COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Vulnerable Sector Check.
