Job Title: Security Guard

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' facilities and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control access to the facility, including inbound and outbound shipments, visitors, and contractors.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the facility and surrounding areas to identify and report any security breaches or potential threats.
  • Respond to emergency situations, including fires, medical emergencies, and security breaches.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, including answering questions and providing directions.
  • Maintain accurate records of security incidents and breaches.

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written).
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Level C Certification.
  • Proof of double COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Vulnerable Sector Check.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CTPAT procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
