Job Title: Part Time Security Guard

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Part Time Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol assigned areas on foot to ensure personal, building, and equipment security.
  • Watch for and report irregularities, including security breaches, facility and safety hazards, and emergency situations.
  • Respond to emergency situations, including violent individuals and injuries.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and visitors.
  • Enforce rules and regulations, and sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A valid Ontario Security Guard License.
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written).
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Level C Certification.
  • Proof of double COVID-19 vaccination.
  • Vulnerable Sector Check.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CTPAT procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Good computer abilities.
