The successful candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree and be a member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in antitrust and competition law, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on antitrust and competition law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
