Job Description
  • The successful candidate will have previous experience as a painter or decorator, with a strong background in preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces.
  • You will also need to have experience with mixing paint to the desired color and texture, measuring, cutting, and applying wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
  • In addition, you will advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings, erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging.
  • Applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces is also a key responsibility of this role.
Requirements
  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this position.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months is necessary to be considered.
  • We require individuals who possess excellent attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding work are all part of this role.
  • A client-focused attitude, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and a strong team player mentality are essential for success in this position.
