Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The Chinook Motel and Oasis Motor Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
