Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Gav Enterprises Ltd DBA. The Chinook Motel and Oasis Motor Inn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
  • Inspect our facilities regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or renovations, to maintain the appearance and functionality of our properties.
  • Assist our cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
