Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Gav Enterprises Ltd DBA. The Chinook Motel and Oasis Motor Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of facilities.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English is the primary language of communication.
