About the Role

Lodestone Homes Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our site operations team.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in construction and be able to perform a variety of tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting materials, mixing and pouring concrete and asphalt, and assisting machine operators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading construction materials from trucks and equipment
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assisting machine operators and other workers on site
  • Working safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines
Work Environment

The Construction Laborer will work on construction sites with a team of professionals, performing physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, with a temporary work term.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated at $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in construction
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
