Key Responsibilities:- Greet clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Process and maintain accurate records, both physical and digital
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and filing
- Operate the switchboard and handle customer inquiries
