Financial Operations Coordinator

Magenta Exterior Solutions Inc. is a reputable siding and roofing contracting firm that values reliability and trustworthiness. We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to support our team's financial operations.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and a college-level diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in cloud software such as QBO, Hubdoc, and Dext is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Accounts payable and receivable entry and reconciliation
- Bank and credit card account reconciliation
- Payroll entry and administration
- Expense report approval and administration
- Sales tracking and reporting
- Continuous monitoring of processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- HST, WSIB, and EHT calculation and remittance
- Preparation of financial reports for month-, quarter-, and year-end financial reporting
