Job Title: Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a key member of our finance department.

Job Summary:

The Financial Manager will be responsible for coordinating the organization's financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance. This includes assigning financial projects and activities to workers, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and evaluating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign financial projects and activities to workers to improve business decisions

  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Evaluate daily operations

  • Train staff
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Design and manage investment strategies
  • Monitor financial control systems
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Advise senior management
  • Act as spokesperson for an organization
  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff
Work Environment:

The Financial Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and have a strong attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
